You have obtained a legal degree with a specialty in Intellectual Property or trademark matters and you are interested in:

• advising clients on trademark, design, domain name and software matters
• handling and managing trademark and design applications
• intervening in conflicts and oppositions
• enforcing ip rights
• drafting contracts

You are able to:

• work independently with limited supervision on multiple competing priorities
• analyse large amounts of data and summarize findings in a succinct fashion
• analyze legal issues
• efficiently communicate, clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing
• efficiently use computer searches and other IT tools
• work collaboratively

We are patent and trademark attorneys assisting our national and international clients in protecting their intellectual property.

In order to strengthen our team of about 40 people, we would like to hire a:

An excellent command of English and French is a necessity. German, Dutch, Spanish or other European languages would be considered an added advantage. You will have the opportunity to qualify as European Trademark Attorney.
