Workshop: Generate revenues with your IP
Protecting your IP is good; making money with it is even better.
On 27 April 2010, Pierre Kihn and Olivier Laidebeur presented, within the frame of the paperJam Business Club, a workshop entitled “Generate revenues with your IP”, which took place at the Grand Theatre in Luxembourg city.
During this workshop, Pierre Kihn explained to the numerous participants the use of IP rights for protecting their innovations as well as for securing and expanding their market positions.
Olivier Laidebeur, in turn, presented the valorisation of IP rights and the different methods for estimating their values.
Finally, Pierre and Olivier recalled the dispositions in force in Luxembourg regarding the tax exemption for income generated through Intellectual Property.
